Shipping

Items marked “in stock” are dispatched from our warehouse in Greece within 5-7 business days. Sandals that are not in stock and are made to order will take 30-45 days to be produced and will ship at that time. All orders are shipped worldwide via FedEx.

Delivery to the European countries costs 20€ for the first pair ,for every pair after that the delivery is free. We can either deliver your order to the billing address you have provided, or you can specify an alternative address at the checkout as long as it located in the same country.

Delivery time depends on the destination. For countries within the EU, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

If there are any delays, we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible. Please bare in mind that delivery to P.O Boxes is not feasible for security reasons.

Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your purchases within 15 days of receipt. You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, you may request to return the products by filling out the online return form. For EU countries the return costs are 15€.

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund.

Distance selling regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have fourteen (14) working days from the Commencement Date (“the cooling-off period”) in which to cancel this Agreement if for any reason you are not happy with the Goods which have been delivered to you. This cooling off period begins on the day after the day you receive the Goods from us.
If you wish to cancel the Agreement under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must notify us of this fact in writing and send your notification to us by e-mail or post within the cooling-off period. Full contact details are set out below:

On cancellation, you must return the goods that we have delivered to you. On our receipt of the returned goods, we will exchange the goods, or we will refund to you the price you paid for the Goods. Unless you originally received substitute goods, you will be liable for the costs of returning the Goods to us, and we will not reimburse you for this.

Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging. Fully complete the returns form included with the delivery package, this will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly; please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly with our address. Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE, MADE TO ORDER AND PREORDER ITEMS.

Limitation of liability

PLEASE NOTE:
The refund is always credited to the bank account you will provide us with. The refund is always credited in euro currency. The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.

Make to order service

Kotris sandals offer the opportunity to make any style you wish from our website in your size and in any of our available colours of your preference as long as the raw material is available in our production. Also in our flat sandals we offer the opportunity to make sizes from 35 to 45 if the materials are available. For every Made To Order service the following terms & conditions apply:

• Once the order is placed, there will be no return options available
  It will take 30-45 days for the customized pair to be produced & shipped from our warehouse to your delivery location address
• With every made to order pair there is a service fee per pair ordered. This cost is:
  €10 per pair for orders to the EU
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including a summary of the product, the price, the estimated shipping date, the cost of Make to Order service & shipping charges as well as the selected payment method.
• The customer acknowledges and agrees that if they purchase a Make To Order product, the relevant price shown on the order confirmation shall be charged in advance to the customer, at the moment of the receipt of the confirmation email, although the sandals are not ready to be shipped at that moment.
• Fabric colours and materials may vary. Kotris sandals cannot accept responsibility for any variations in colour, shade and texture and will not accept returns on this basis.

If you wish to change or cancel your customized order, please contact our customer care team at info@makiskotris.gr up to 4 hours since you placed your order to assist you.
Please be advised that we cannot change or cancel your order after your parcel has been shipped.
